It's odd to refer to this sugar bowl with its lid because without its lid it's more of a fancy egg cup- worthy of something I suppose but what? Mostly to identify this piece as "with lid" is only to say that it has the most perfect lid of all. The sugar bowl is becoming a highly coveted item and is getting harder to find in excellent condition, after medium green, chartruese seems to top the price charts. Look for the rare flat bottom version that disappeared only months into production, replaced by the common rounded bottom.
