This particular pattern is part of the OvenServe line of Kitchen Kraft dinner ware that HLCo. was producing en masse throughout the '30s. Many of these pieces (the cake plate, cake server, spoon and fork, the covered jugs and stacking refigerator units- to name a few) were covered in different decals - such as the better known "Mexicana" line.
This is the line that coordinates with red Fiesta. The red and black art deco leaf decals were used on the kitchen kraft items along with the century and natilus patterns (note the ornate bowl under the decals).
